So easy to use!

  • First, bring a saucepan of water to 90ºC - 95ºC (the key is not to let it break into a boil).
  • Place the Egg Poacher over a glass and break an egg into it. Any excess condensation will drain off through the strainer. Don't worry the egg white will remain!
  • Close the Egg Poacher and place it in the saucepan for 3 minutes.
  • Then, remove the Egg Poacher from the water and unmould!
