Apothecary Heliotropic Bitters

Heliotropic Botanical Citrus bitters are bright vibrant and extremely versatile.  These bitters start with a strong citrus punch, bright and fresh, but with a great depth from the several varieties of citrus used. Add to that large amounts of various citrus-like botanicals such as Northwest Pacific hops and lemon verbena plus some subtle floral, stone fruit and honey-like notes.

Spirits: Gin, Tequila, Mezcal and Sparkeling Wine

Ideas: Try them in a Martini to revamp a classic or in a Negroni, Paloma or Seelbach 

Tasting Notes: Aroma notes of lemon, grapefruit, honey, herbs, stonefruit, and flowers. Taste follows with big citrus flavors, botanicals, elderflower, and a dry bitterness.
