The Fine Cheese Co. Toast Cherry, Almond & Linseeds Gluten Free

A thin, light and crisp toast (baked twice like biscotti). 60% of the cracker is composed of fruits, nuts and seeds. For rich blue cheeses such as Stilton and Gorgonzola Dolce. This toast is made with a blend of gluten free cereals.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Egg white (Egg white), Buttermilk Glace Cherries (Cherries 23%, Glucose-fructose syrup, Concentrates: carrot, radish, blackcurrant, Acidity regulator: citric acid), Tapioca starch, Dried sweetened cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil) Almonds 14%, Linseeds 11%, Rice Starch, Potato Starch, Gluten Free Oat Flour, Honey, Maize Starch, Dried Apple Pieces, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Disodium diphosphate (Raising Agent), Sodium hydreogen carbonate (Raising Agent), Sea Salt, Natural Flavouring.
