Favuzzi Salt - Fennel

These grains of salt are flavoured with fennel seeds and pollen for a delicious aniseed taste, complemented with notes of thyme and oregano and a spicy hint of black pepper and chili.

Ingredients: Whole sea salt from Trapani 89% (Sicily, Italy), Fennel seeds and Pollen 6.5%, Black pepper, White pepper, Turmeric, Oregano, Curry, Bay leaf, Green pepper, Thyme, Pimento, Juniper berries.
