Favuzzi Marmalade - Sicilian Blood Orange

MARMALADE is a preserve made from sugar and citrus fruits (in the form of pulp, puree, aqueous extracts, juice or zest/peel). Only the following can be used when making marmalade: orange, bergamot, citron, lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. No processed ingredients, such as concentrates, juices, pulps or purees, are used in the production of our organic marmalades. Instead, we rely on freshly harvested citrus fruits to maintain optimal flavour and aroma. Both our marmalades are organic and contain 65% whole fruit.

Ingredients: Sicilian blood oranges with peel 65%, Sugar, Gelling agent: fruit pectin, Acidifier: citric acid.
