Gardeny Vinegar - Port

Badia Gardeny’s Porto Vinegar is a refined and original condiment made from four-year-aged Tawny Port wine matured in French oak barrels and crafted using the traditional Schützenbach method. This artisanal process preserves the rich, fruity aromas of the Port while delivering a delicately balanced, bittersweet acidity. Tasting notes reveal hints of cherry liqueur, coffee, and a pleasantly fresh, semi-sweet finish. The product is the result of five generations of expertise from Badia Gardeny, a Spanish family-run vinegar house established in 1908 and renowned for its craftsmanship.
