High Mesa Hot Sauce - Roasted Fresno

This sauce is our OG and based around the complex flavor of flame roasted Fresno chiles. This medium heat sauce goes great on everything (literally), so order two, because you’ll be out before you know it. Pairs well with breakfast, oysters, shrimp, fried chicken, and pizza.

Ingredients: roasted Fresno chilies, onion, water, cider vinegar, garlic, salt, olive oil.
