Les Canardises Duck Rillettes - Classic

Our 100% duck rillettes are carefully prepared with the finest pieces of duck and premium ingredients, such as our hand-pulled duck confit. A must-have for your receptions!

Instructions and storage: Refrigerate for two hours before serving. Serve cold or at room temperature. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-6 days after opening.

Recommended accompaniments: Our rillettes are perfect for your brunches. Spread on a good baguette, it's the perfect complement to your cheese platters. It can be accompanied by onion confit, fresh figs, and walnuts.

Wines and spirits  : White wine from the Loire or Burgundy, Reds of your selection

Ingredients  : Confit duck meat, homemade duck stock, fine duck fat, salt and pepper.
