Les Canardises Duck Foie Gras Block

This is a preparation made from 100% natural foie gras and seasoning. Made with the utmost care using traditional methods, our block of foie gras is full of character and tradition that will delight all gourmets!

Instructions and storage: Refrigerate for three hours before serving. Let cool 15-20 minutes before opening the can to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-6 days after opening.

Recommended accompaniments: Our natural foie gras can be enjoyed with gingerbread or a slice of toast. You can add fleur de sel, or accompany it with onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs, and pears.

Wines and spirits : Champagne, sweet white wines such as Sauternes and ice cider. Our favorite is the Poiré de glace from Domaine des Salamandres located in Hemmingford.

Ingredients  : Free-range duck foie gras, water, salt and pepper, spices.
