Viani Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Made with dried tomatoes, Genoese basil D.O.P., Grana Padano, cashew nuts and extra virgin olive oil. This fruity pesto is crafted according to Viani’s classic recipe without garlic. It can be used as a pesto with hot pasta as well as on bruschetta.
