Workhorse Rye Bitters - India Pear

IPA? Meet IPB. San Francisco based Magnolia Brewing’s Proving Ground IPA is distilled down into a pungent, spice and citrus heavy whiskey. This primary punch is balanced with a botanical blend for bitterness, and biodynamically farmed pears from the base of Mt. Hood. More fresh herbs are included, along with pink variegated lemon, buddha hand, and finger limes for a complex, tart sweetness. Workhorse Rye loves creating unique and exciting projects, and this one is a true labor of love.

Ingredients:  Spirit from Proving Ground IPA and cane [sugar], d’Anjou pears, ashwagandha, amchoor, holy basil (Krishna), turmeric, ginger, lime peel and leaf, buddha hand blossoms and fruit, celery seed, green and black peppercorn, fenugreek, green cardamom, coriander, long pepper, mace, mint, ocean salt, and other thematically appropriate botanicals lacking new world wizardry
