Amora Mustard - Savora No.4

Amora’s Savora mustard features malt vinegar, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, mustard seeds, cinnamon, curcumin, garlic, tarragon, cloves, celery, and thousand-flower honey. It has existed in France since 1899 and has achieved near-cult status.


Ingredients: Dijon mustard 40% (water, brown mustard seeds 14%, spirit vinegar, salt, citric acid, preservative: e224 (sulfites)), malt vinegar (barley) 27%, water, wheat flour, sugar, vinegar, salt, honey 1.4%, spices and aromatics herbs (turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, nutmeg, onion, cayenne pepper, celery, cloves, white mustard seeds, tarragon).
