Made in our kitchen in Espelette, in the heart of the Basque Country, from our fresh whole Espelette chilli pepper, natural pectin and sugar, our spicy, fruity jelly adds a subtle touch of delicate, fragrant spice to your dishes.
Ideal for enhancing foie gras, deglazing duck breast or poultry, or as an accompaniment to sheep’s milk cheese and warm goat’s cheese toast. Don’t hesitate to add our jelly to fruit salads, fromage blanc or whipped cream for even more original recipes.
