Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Precious Yellow is a vinegar of medium-high density: 1.24. The texture in the mouth is rich and enveloping. The taste is intense with ripe fruit, cinnamon and vanilla. The sweetness, well perceivable, is counterbalanced by acetic notes. This vinegar ages its sensorial characteristics in oak barrels.
