Moroccan Mint is most renown for its unique aroma. Its powerful refreshing fragrance makes it the ideal addition to herbal or black teas or can be steeped on its own in the famous Moroccan mint tea. Blended with sage, thyme or oregano, Moroccan Mint makes a fine seasoning for veal, poultry or lamb recipes. Sprinkle it on cucumbers and tomatoes or add a pinch to your couscous or tajine. Mix Moroccan Mint into plain yoghurt with onion to make raita, a delicious Indian side dish
