Croque au Sel Fleur de Sel

The fleur de sel from Île de Ré is an exceptional product, renowned for its purity, airy texture, and subtly iodized flavour. It is harvested by hand from the surface of the salt marshes of Île de Ré, when conditions provide sun, light wind, and optimal evaporation. This product combines the artisanal fleur de sel from Île de Ré Esprit du sel with an elegant resealable jar, often made of glass or ceramic, fitted with a cork lid. The cork ensures excellent preservation, protects from moisture, and gives the jar a natural charm much appreciated both in cooking and as decoration.
