Giffard Syrup - Falernum

An essential syrup to develop a Tiki cocktail and other sophisticated cocktails.

Traditionally made from cloves, almonds and lime juice, there are just as many Falernum recipes as there are bars. Giffard’s Falernum recipe aims to be as close as possible to the original recipe.

Scent
Very aromatic, limy and zesty.
Taste
Very aromatic and zesty flavor, focused on lime and clove. Final note of sweet almond.

Ingredients
Sugar, water, concentrated lime juice, natural flavor, clove extract, natural ALMOND flavor with other natural flavors (HAZELNUT), stabilizer: acacia gum.

Tasting advice
In Tiki type cocktails, with or without alcohol.
