Hawkshead Relish Co. Chilli Ginger Lime Jelly

Inspired by travels in Asia, a light jelly with chilli and ginger finished with lime. A subtle heat with rich flavour that will compliment many dishes.

Ingredients: Sugar, Apple Juice, Acetic Acid, Water, Lime Juice (2%), Gelling Agent-Pectin, Ginger (1%), Red Chilli (0.5%), Lemon Zest (0.2%).
