Les Canardises Duck Chili

Here's our all-duck version of the famous Chili Con Carne. A reinvented stew, heavily inspired by family traditions, incorporating a small dose of dark chocolate. A savory blend of ground duck, slowly simmered with beans, tomatoes, and spices, is sure to delight fans.

Recommended accompaniments: Just like Chili Con Carne , it can be enjoyed with tortilla chips or fragrant rice, not forgetting sour cream and chopped cilantro.

Instructions for use and storage:

Casserole: Heat over low heat, covered, for about 12-15 minutes
Ingredients  : Duck meat, duck stock, red beans, diced tomatoes, onions, red peppers, fine duck fat, garlic, Guérande salt, unsweetened dark chocolate , herbes de Provence, spices.
