Our mousse, made exclusively from duck, is cooked with 60% foie gras , which preserves an authentic taste, in addition to giving it a light and creamy texture. The addition of pure maple syrup from Quebec and a wild blueberry liqueur from Saguenay gives it a lightness and finesse, an exquisite taste for those who love maple!

Instructions and storage: Refrigerate for three hours before serving. Let cool 15-20 minutes before opening the can to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the widest part. The product can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-6 days after opening.

Recommended accompaniments: Our duck foie gras mousse is perfect for making your hors d'oeuvres. Spread it on pistachio or fig crackers, or lightly sprinkle it with maple flakes. It can be served with onion confit, fruit jelly, fresh figs, and pears. Delicious with a slice of smoked duck breast.

Wines and spirits  : Dry red wine, great white Burgundy wines, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, Jurançon, etc.
