Les Canardises Spaghetti Sauce With Duck

Here's our 100% duck version of the classic spaghetti sauce . Once again, an authentic recipe where all the ingredients are cooked on site. Slowly simmered with our homemade duck stock, this sauce will be one of the most flavorful and tasty you've ever had the chance to taste.

Recommended accompaniments: Just like your favorite pasta dishes , we accompany our sauce with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions for use and storage:

Casserole: Heat over low heat, covered, for approximately 12-15 minutes
Ingredients  : Duck meat, tomato puree, duck stock, celery, onions, carrots, red wine, mushrooms, fine duck fat, parsley, garlic, Guérande salt, tomato paste, corn starch, sugar, bicarbonate, herbes de Provence, pepper, spices.
