Les Mouettes d’Arvor Sardines Vintage Ville Bleue 2024

The artist: A self-taught painter and visual artist born in 1950 in Concarneau, Michel Barzic is an artist in constant evolution. After qualifying as a tiler and mosaicist, he attended evening classes at the Quimper School of Fine Arts in the late 1970s before going on to participate in numerous exhibitions.
This vintage reflects the "blue" identity of a town where everything is linked to the sea. The sardines are prepared according to tradition and covered in extra virgin olive oil. We invite you to be patient and wait at least four months after the production date stamped on the tin before tasting a product that improves with age.
This canned product was made using the fresh 2024 seasonal catch from Concarneau’s *bolincheur* sardine fishermen.
