Arguably the best Genovese in the world. This pesto is handcrafted from fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil from Liguria and real, matured Grana Padano. Company founder Antonio Viani brought the recipe with him from his Ligurian homeland.


Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, Genoese basil PDO 23%, cashew nuts , sunflower oil, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese PDO ( cow's milk , salt, rennet), pine nuts, garlic, acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)
