Sweetapolita Food Colour - Angel White

A staple for every kitchen -  use this professional grade, premium oil based Angel White food colour to neutralize the yellow tones in your buttercream, or mix with one of our other colours to create your perfect shade! These oil based, concentrated formulas are perfect for everything from candy wafers, cakes, chocolates, buttercream, fondant and more. A little goes a long way!

Directions:
Shake well before each use
Squeeze in one drop at a time and blend until desired shade is achieved
Store in a dark, dry place

Not suitable for meringue, royal icing, or anything requiring oil-free handling.
