Valfleuri Spatzle

Valfleuri Spätzle are among the iconic pastas of Alsatian cuisine. Irregular, rustic, and hearty, they are distinguished by their thick texture, rough shape, and rich flavor thanks to a high fresh egg content. They are traditionally browned in butter and served as an accompaniment to game dishes, but also lend themselves to a wide variety of everyday recipes.
